What will happen if I am delayed due to long queues at the airport?
If you experience delays due to long queues at the airport, rest assured that we’ve got you covered. We include one hour of complimentary waiting time for all airport pickups. However, we understand that airport arrival procedures can be unpredictable, so we recommend scheduling at least 60 minutes of buffer time or more after your flight’s arrival time, especially for international arrivals. Additionally, our chauffeurs are asked to be flexible and wait longer than an hour whenever possible to accommodate unforeseen delays. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities.
